25 DAYS OF CHRISTMAS EVIL : DAY 13 : SILENT NIGHT DEADLY NIGHT 4 : INITIATION

In the early 90's famed low budget horror producer, Brian Yuzna, acquired the rights to the Silent Night Deadly Night franchise, However the direction he chose to take was very different to what anyone was expecting. The next film didn't continue the tales of Billy or Ricky, But chose to go in an all together stranger direction.

A cult attempts to coerce a woman into joining them, however they seem to be in league with some kind of alien beings who cause spontaneous combustion within humans. She is now in a fight for her life against the cult as she becomes in danger of a fiery death.

"What has this got to do with christmas?" I hear you ask. Well, that is a avery good question and aside from a christmas tree here and there, the holiday season doesn't seem very important to the  plot of Part 4 at all, resting on the title to shift some copies seems more likely and that in turn caused some back lash that was taken onboard for part 5. The film is pretty boring all in all and although the effects are pretty good the rest of it leaves a lot to be desired.

Happy Horror Holidays.

See You Tomorrow.
